Lobster Egg Roll Recipe Step by Step

 Lobster Egg Roll Recipe :








Start by preparing vegetables :
1.    Shred the Cabbage


2.    Shred the Carrot
 
3. saute the egg roll filling's three ingredients: cabbage, carrots and cooked lobster meat.


4.     Scoop filling onto egg roll wraps. Fold the bottom corner of the egg roll wrapper into the center of the roll.


5.    Fold both sides into the center.

 6.    Roll the stuffed egg roll into the top flap to secure the sides.

7.    Heat a skillet over medium heat, add oil to about 1/2-inch depth, and heat for 5-7 minutes. When the oil is hot, place egg rolls in, gently, to prevent splashing the hot oil. Fry the rolls for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until all sides are golden brown.


8.    Serve Lobster Egg Rolls with Sauce
